Tom Re has been making various types of pocket and kitchen knives for years. His daughter started making homemade bread a few years ago and challenged him to make a bread knife for her. His son in law owns a wood working business and he uses the wood from his shop to handcraft his knives.
Handmade and one of a kind. Each knife starts with a handpicked piece of wood cut from trees in the Willamette Valley. The wood is then kiln fired for weeks depending on the type and hand shaped perfectly to fit any hand. What started as a curious hobby has now turned into a family affair. All proceeds go to Tom's grandchildren!
