The Doyon DR45 is an automatic conical dough rounder that rounds portions from 3.5 to 36 oz, up to 800 pieces (about 850 lb of dough) an hour. It runs on 120V / 1-Phase service with a twist-lock plug.
Consistent Rounding at Speed
Divided pieces drop into the 6" entry chute and travel up a spiral track around a turning cone, which tightens each piece into a smooth ball with an even skin. It is up to four times faster than rounding by hand.
It works best with room-temperature dough of at least 60% hydration; the air-cooled motor allows continuous operation and the parts clean without tools.
