What happens when the teachers disappear?

When the students at Maplewood School push things too far, their teachers have had enough… and they go on STRIKE!

At first, it feels like the best day ever.
No math. No reading. No rules.

But when chaos takes over the classrooms and a heartfelt letter reveals what teachers really go through behind the scenes, the students begin to see things differently.

Teachers on Strike is a laugh-out-loud, rhyming picture book that helps children understand:

• Why teachers work so hard
• The importance of kindness and respect
• How gratitude can change everything
• What it really means to be a classroom team

Perfect for:

• Back to school gifts

• Teacher appreciation week

• Classroom read-alouds

• Social-emotional learning (SEL) lessons

• Elementary school students ages 4–10

From the bestselling On Strike Series, this funny and heartwarming story reminds kids that teachers aren’t just rule-makers… they’re everyday heroes.

Includes a bonus activity page where children can write their own thank-you note to a teacher!

Because sometimes the best lessons aren’t in the textbooks… they’re in learning how to care.
