Frequently asked questions
How do I submit my company logo? +
After adding to cart, you'll be prompted to upload your file at checkout. We accept AI, SVG, and high-resolution PNG (300dpi minimum). Not sure if your file will work? Email us at info@icustomlabel.com before ordering and we'll confirm.
Will I see a proof before production begins? +
Yes — for bulk orders we send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. For single orders, email us if you'd like to review the design first and we'll accommodate you.
Does this fit all wine bottles? +
The 3.5" x 5" size is the industry standard for 'Bordeaux' style bottles (tall with straight sides) and fits most Cabernet, Merlot, and Sauvignon Blanc bottles perfectly — a common choice for real estate and insurance client gifting.
Is there a minimum order quantity? +
No minimum — order as few as one. Need 10 or more? Contact us for corporate pricing and volume discounts.
How long does production take? +
Business orders ship in 5–7 business days after artwork is approved. Need it faster? Email info@icustomlabel.com and we'll do our best to accommodate rush timelines.
Do you ship to multiple addresses for large orders? +
For large orders shipping to multiple recipients, contact us directly so we can set up a custom fulfillment solution.
