The Avalon Puff Jacket brings serious warmth and snowboard-ready protection to a shorter, relaxed puffer style. The V-Science 2-layer recycled ripstop shell delivers 10K waterproofing and 10K breathability, while the PFAS-free DWR and taffeta lining help keep things comfortable when the weather turns. With 400g/300g recycled insulation, this jacket is built for cold days on the mountain when staying warm is just as important as staying dry.
Volcom packed in plenty of riding-specific features, too. Mesh-lined zip vents let you dump heat when you're working hard, while the Lycra hand gaiters and adjustable cuffs help keep cold air and snow from sneaking in. The hidden cinch hood gives you extra coverage when the wind picks up, and the pocket-access hem cinch lets you adjust the fit without having to dig around underneath your jacket. Brushed tricot-lined handwarmer pockets keep your fingers cozy between laps, and the Super Suede chin guard adds a soft touch where it counts.
