Donkey lovers everywhere will delight in this snuggly duo of donkey soft toy & matching rattle, the perfect gift for siblings, birthdays or baby showers.

A lot of people tend to assume that all donkeys are gloomy & pessimistic (here’s looking at you, Eeyore…) but Diego the Donkey says this is just a stereotype. He is the total opposite for one thing! A carefree spirit with a lust for life, Diego’s home for many years has been the snow-tipped Andes mountains in Peru, South America. His first & greatest love is soccer (or fútbol, in Spanish). Diego is superbly light on his feet & is the celebrated striker in his local soccer team, Los Burros Bailandos (The Dancing Donkeys). Diego’s second favourite love is travelling & he is so chuffed to join the Nana Huchy Farm Friends family in Australia. He banters & kicks the soccer ball around with little cousin Harvey the Horse all day long!

Unlike squeakers, which are unintuitive for babies to use unassisted, the sound the rattle makes when babies hold or move it stimulates action-reaction learning, providing bubs & toddlers with an instant reward that helps them understand cause & effect.

Add a personal touch to Nana Huchy's beloved toys with our fabric bandana, with free embroidery, simply add your chosen name. Available in 11 beautiful colours, our bandanas are the perfect way to create a unique, personalised keepsake gift.
