A modern twist on a great classic! Keep your seasoning on hand at all times, with style! Our new stylish Salt Pig was designed to fit on most kitchen countertops while keeping the salt loose and ready to use.
The new Salt Pig has a non-glazed interior to prevent all salt types (fine sea salt, corse salt, or fleur de sel) from sticking together or forming a crusty top. It's wide opening makes it easier, even for large hands, to grab pinches easily. The well thought out curves help protect the salt from dust & damp.
Designed to be more comfortable to use, the refined shape of this timeless accessory also adds an elegant touch in the kitchen whether placed on the countertop, by the stove, or on a shelf.

Resistance Against Mechanical Shocks: During everyday use, there are many opportunities to bang a dish or a set of plates. Particularly resistant to shocks, our ceramic is even used in restaurants!
Resistance Against Temperature Changes: A dish or stewpot should be able to withstand wide variations in temperature. Our ceramics allow our products to be taken directly from the freezer to the hot oven (+250°C/500°F).
Resistance Against Fading Colors: Heat, the dishwasher or sharp instruments will all have an aging effect on a product. Our glazes are particularly resistant to the dishwasher and the most aggressive of detergents.
