What I like about these is that the marble gives you texture before you've put anything on the tray. I wouldn't cover up all of that beautiful veining. Give the stone some room to show, then add one or two pieces with a very different finish—glass, warm metal, dark wood, even a candle in a beautiful vessel. The sculpted edge already adds detail, so you don't need to over-style it. I also love the three sizes together because you can repeat the same material throughout a room without repeating the exact same vignette.
