Storage & Handling
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator before feeding. Stays good in the refrigerator for 3-5 days after thawing. Best offered for an hour or two at a time. If the bone still has some good stuff on it after that, it's okay to put it back in the fridge to chew again tomorrow.
Refreezing may affect texture but will not impact safety if handled properly.
Never cook bones, as cooked bones can splinter.
