Never lose track of “which side?” again.

SideTracker Keyring – Magnetic Left/Right Medication Dose Tracker & Slider Fidget

SideTracker  by Siobhan Makes is a clever, compact magnetic slider designed to remember which side you last injected or applied medication, so you don’t have to rely on memory alone.  As an ADHD'er & menapausal female I very much fell in love with this product for HRT. Amazing also as a quiet slider Fidget.

After each dose, slide the marker left or right to reveal the corresponding hand icon. The left-hand icon forms an “L” for an extra visual cue. It requires no app, charging or batteries.

What makes it useful

• Designed for medications where application or injection sites are alternated
• Discreet, smooth magnetic sliding mechanism
• Amazing as a quiet slider Fidget.
• Satisfying soft snap that holds the marker in position
• Compact 3.5 cm length
• Keychain and charm-loop friendly
• Designed and made in-house in Magandjin/Brisbane, Australia, by Siobhan Makes
