Vintage Lake District Landscape Fine Art Print - Lake Windermere from Calgarth with Belle Isle

A tranquil evening view across Windermere, where still water reflects the soft light of the fading sky. Painted by John Warwick Smith, the composition centres on Belle Isle in the distance, framed by rolling fells, rocky foreground and quietly grazing cattle. The delicate blush tones of dusk bring warmth to the scene, while the expansive lake creates a sense of calm and space. Elegant and timeless, this piece is perfect for bedrooms, sitting rooms and homes inspired by the beauty of Cumbria.
