One Bait, Multiple Actions

The Megabass Karashi 80 Twitchbait brings the versatile action of the original Karashi to a larger 80mm profile, allowing anglers to work the bait from the surface into the subsurface with multiple retrieves. Its slow-sinking design can produce subtle I-Motion on a straight retrieve, sharp subsurface darts when twitched, smooth surface dog-walking, or an aggressive bait-busting action with fast upward rod movements and a speedy retrieve. The Karashi 80's extended darting range and ability to quickly change presentation make it especially useful for triggering fish that follow a bait but hesitate to commit. It measures 80mm, weighs 7/16 ounce, and comes equipped with #6 hooks.

Key Features

• Multiple Action Styles - Designed for I-Motion, subsurface twitching, surface dog-walking, and aggressive bait-busting retrieves.
• I-Motion Presentation - A slow, steady retrieve creates subtle movement that imitates vulnerable or injured forage.
• Subsurface Darting - Rod twitches send the bait darting below the surface to trigger reaction strikes.
• Dog-Walking Action - Rhythmic twitches produce a smooth surface walk, while pauses allow the bait to slowly sink.
• Bait-Busting Action - Fast upward twitches and a quick retrieve make the bait walk, splash, and leap across the surface like fleeing forage.
• Slow-Sinking Design - Allows the Karashi 80 to transition between surface and subsurface presentations.
• 80mm Profile - Larger size expands the Karashi presentation to a broader range of target fish.
• 7/16-Ounce Weight - Provides additional casting weight while retaining the bait's dynamic action.
• #6 Hooks - Equipped with #6 hooks for ready-to-fish performance.
