Water TechniX Twin core LED Light cable is ideal for wiring LED Pool lights but can also be used in a wide number of other applications. Heavy duty PVC material is used for the jacket and insulation along with Oxygen Free High Conducivitiy (OHFC) copper, which gives better load surge resistance and higher stability. The wire is waterproof, fire-retardant and can withstand extreme temperature changes without losing its effective conductivity.
What makes this cable ideal for LED pool lights?
It uses oxygen-free, high-conductivity copper for superior power flow and reduced voltage drop, especially important for lighting systems.
Is it safe for use around water and heat?
Yes. The cable is waterproof, fire-retardant, and can handle high temperatures up to 80°C without losing performance.
Will it handle Aussie outdoor conditions?
Absolutely. The reinforced inner and outer PVC jacket ensures durability through extreme temperature changes and rough installations.
Can it be used with other pool lighting brands?
Yes. It’s compatible with all Water TechniX, Spa Electrics, and Aqua Quip lights and transformers.
Is it easy to work with during installation?
The cable is flexible and durable, making it simple to pull, connect, and fit into existing lighting setups or new installs.
