The first coat I made - gifted to my beautiful Nonna to wear, in order to bring some colour to the often grey and cloudy West Coast winter season we often see. Since making this garment, I have realized that one of my more signature colour choices. I love the details for this garment as well, the knee length hem so it can keep out the wind, and the flare helps to add some volume to give some dramatic effect.
