CMC Tech G is a G-Rated, 11 mm rope with a heat- and abrasion-resistant Technora outer sheath, built for access work and rescue operations in tough environments.

Materials and Construction

CMC Tech G has a kernmantle construction with a Technora outer sheath, polyester inner sheath and nylon core. It measures 11 mm (7/16 in) in diameter, weighs 5.4 kg (11.9 lb), and is rated NFPA General Use with a minimum breaking strength of 40.2 kN (9,032 lbf). Elongation per UL classification is 2.4% at 1.35 kN (300 lbf), 4.6% at 2.7 kN (600 lbf) and 7.0% at 4.4 kN (1,000 lbf). Available in 200 and 300 ft lengths. Made in the USA.
