Dial in the No Dancing Monkey harness by adjusting the elastic chest straps and waist buckle until the pack sits high and tight on your back. The stretchy design should feel snug but allow full breathing and movement when you're in an aggressive riding position. After each ride, rinse the Elite Hydration Bladder with warm water and let it air dry completely to keep it fresh and ready for the next session.
