Upload one sharp, well-lit photo per pet, facing the camera, with the full face and both ears visible. Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. If your photo is HEIC, save or export a JPG copy first.

Is the pendant shaped like my pet’s face?
Yes. Your photo guides the engraved portrait and the outline around each face. For two to four pets, the face-shaped portraits are connected side by side in your chosen order.
What is it made from?
The necklace is crafted from brass with a gold-plated finish and an 18-inch chain.
How do I care for it?
Keep it dry. Avoid perfume, lotion and cleaning chemicals. Remove before bathing, swimming and exercise. Store separately in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
How many pets can I include?
Choose one, two, three or four pets. Add one photo and one name for each pet, then check their left-to-right order.
Where will the names appear?
Each name is engraved on the back of its corresponding face. The order you choose is viewed from the front of the necklace.

Each face is 1.5 cm (15 mm) high. Face width varies by shape, and the overall pendant width depends on the faces and pet count.
Will I receive artwork for approval?
No. Artwork previews and approval are not provided before production. Please check your photos, name spelling and face order before ordering.

Yes. Your necklace comes in the pink drawer-style presentation box with a black insert and pink pull tab.
