How the custom design process works

Once your order has been placed, our team will contact you by email to confirm your colour selections for each component of your boots, including the sheepskin panels, suede toe and heel capping, binding and sole.

We will then create a digital mock-up showing your chosen colour combination and email it to you for review. Your boots will not enter production until you have approved the final design.

Once approved, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for our team to handcraft your custom UGG boots.
