Suitable for Hamsters (Syrians and Dwarfs), Gerbils, Mice, Rats, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Degus, Chinchillas, and most Birds.

Each pod is approx 8–10 cm and may vary slightly in shape, size, and colour, as this is a natural product.

Our 100% natural, untreated lotus pods make a unique enrichment accessory, offering a lightweight, porous texture that encourages natural chewing, shredding, and exploring. You can even pop seeds or small treats inside the holes to create extra foraging fun and mental stimulation. As lotus pods naturally contain tannins, they should be offered in moderation.

Our lotus pods are cleaned and ready to use. For extra reassurance, you may freeze them for 48 hours or bake briefly at low heat — freezing is gentlest, while baking may make them slightly more brittle.
