This set brings together 10 individual molds and 1 matching press. The open-bottom frames support the shape of each cake, while the flat press helps you spread the filled dough into the mold and level the top before baking. Having ten molds lets you prepare a small batch together.

Choose Rectangle for the familiar bakery-style shape, or Pineapple for a playful fruit-shaped outline. Each option includes ten molds of your selected shape and its matching press; the two shapes are sold separately.

Made for filled pastry dough. Place the molds on a lined baking tray, add your sealed dough portions and gently press them to fit. Remove the press before baking and follow your pineapple cake recipe for preparation, temperature and timing. The molds have no fixed base, so a baking tray is needed.

The pineapple-shaped press makes the outline and a flat surface. The green dough and dotted decoration shown in the photos are serving ideas that you add separately. Cakes, ingredients and the baking tray are not included.
