Meredith Nemirov's plein air studies of the aspen groves, rivers, and mountain views surrounding her home serve as reference material for her abstract paintings. Working with every form of paint, from oil to watercolor, she masterfully adapts her stylistic choices and degree of abstraction to suit her subject matter, concept and medium.
