Revolubes™ PM Tribo-Shield
Friction reduced. Power protected. Engine fortified.

Revolubes PM Tribo-Shield is an advanced additive engineered to create a durable, load-bearing protective layer on metal surfaces inside the engine. This layer significantly reduces friction, stabilises operation under stress, and keeps the most sensitive components protected — whether you drive hard, crawl through stop-and-go traffic, tow heavy loads or start the engine in sub-zero mornings.

Formulated with Modified Active Calcium Sulphonate Complex technology, Tribo Shield strengthens cooperating surfaces during high-load intervals. Less drag, less wear, more consistent performance — even in older engines that show signs of fatigue.

If Engine Flush resets your engine's cleanliness, Tribo Shield locks in long-term protection.

Suitable for

- Petrol and diesel engines

- Motorbike engines with a wet clutch.

- Turbocharged and naturally aspirated units

- High-performance, towing, hauling and off-road applications

- Urban driving with frequent stop-start cycles

- Cold-weather commuting and winter operation

- New and older engines seeking extended longevity

Why choose Revolubes?

Our approach comes from sectors where failures are not an option. The tests and demonstrations we publish clearly show the effectiveness of our technology on the background of other lubrication technologies (even if we cannot mention names).

Why choose Revolubes™ Tribo-Shield?

Performance - A smoother, more responsive engine - especially under sudden load or hard acceleration. Improved drivability thanks to reduced internal drag and friction. More stable power delivery in demanding operating conditions.

Activation - Forms a highly durable protective layer bonded to metal surfaces. Strengthens cooperating components under pressure, reducing micro-damage. Supports engine stability during high load, towing, racing, or cold-start intervals.

Versatility - Engineered for everyday cars, performance engines, heavy-duty applications and older units. Works with all common engine oils: mineral, synthetic, semi-synthetic and low-SAPS. Ideal for engines subjected to temperature swings or unstable operating cycles.

Safety - Non-aggressive formulation safe for modern engines and emission systems. Protects components during boundary-lubrication conditions - moments when the oil film is weakest. Reduces long-term stress on precision mechanisms.

Efficiency - Lower friction means reduced wear, fewer repairs and better fuel economy. Helps extend the lifespan of vital engine components. Supports consistent performance even as the engine ages.

Speed - Quickly bonds to working surfaces during the first operating cycle. Immediate reduction in drag and smoother engine behaviour. Fast-acting protection noticeable from the first drive.

Cleanliness - Keeps surfaces protected from micro-wear that generates metallic debris. Reduces friction-generated heat, helping the oil maintain its stability. Supports cleaner long-term engine operation.

Penetration - Reaches deep into high-pressure contact zones where traditional oil films collapse. Protects narrow clearances such as rings, lifters, cams and bearings. Maximises surface protection exactly where engines need it most.

Proven performance - See the tests.

How to apply Revolubes Tribo-Shield?

1. 250ml of Tribo-Shield serves 5L of engine oil.

2. Drive normally the protective layer forms during regular operation.

3. Enjoy enhanced smoothness, reduced wear and consistent performance.

Economic Value

Reducing internal friction directly cuts component wear, lowers the likelihood of repairs and stabilises fuel consumption. Major engine failures can cost hundreds or thousands — Tribo-Shield is a cost-effective long-term protection for both new and ageing engines.
