Not all quick release spring bars are created equal.
Standard quick release spring bars are typically manufactured with 0.8 mm tips, making them ideal for most modern watches. However, many vintage Rolex sports models were originally designed to use wider spring bar tips. When standard quick release spring bars are installed, the tips don’t fully fill the lug holes, often resulting in unwanted movement or “play” between the strap and the watch case.
We set out to solve that problem.
