Including complete contact information helps us process and return your repair promptly. Repairs received without this information may be delayed and, in some cases, may be difficult to identify or return.

Refurbished Replacement Service

To help reduce turnaround time, grounded pliers that have not been abused or improperly damaged may be immediately replaced with a refurbished pair of the same model rather than repairing and returning the original pair.
