Is it a liquid? Is it a solid? Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid, meaning it acts as both a liquid and a solid. You can scoop it and roll it into a ball (a solid), and then it oozes out of your hand (like a liquid)! Available in a variety of colors.

This activity is toddler-safe and contains only non-toxic and washable materials.
