Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love. A very popular stone for emotional healing and growth. Rose Quartz encourages peace and calm in relationships by allowing oneself to address the emotional wounds from the past- removing negativity and restoring harmony after conflict.
Restoring trust is one of its most powerful and important uses of Rose Quartz. The heart cannot move on from hurt into renewed trust until the understanding and acceptance of past situations.
Let’s Dive In : The heart chakra is the beautiful bridge between the lower grounding chakras and the higher spiritual chakras. This is where we will find our compassion, trust, empathy, self-care, connection to others, and our sense of forgiveness. Wearing it, meditating with it, as well as keeping it near, is believed to open the heart up to all kinds of love.
