The Nereia Ring creates a sense of movement through its unique bypass setting. An oval-cut stone appears to float above a curled band, with pavé following only part of the curve to create a balance between brilliance and polished metal. The open construction keeps the design visually light while giving the centre stone plenty of presence. The oval shape brings an elegant, elongated quality to the finger, while the curved band introduces an unexpected softness. Nereia is particularly effective worn alone, allowing the unusual setting to become the focal point, but its open silhouette can also work beautifully alongside a fine stacking band for added dimension.
