A mutation of the Washington Navel, the Glen Navel orange tree originated from Glen St. Mary’s Nursery near Jacksonville, FL in the 1950s. It has become one of the most popular navel varieties for commercial production in Florida due to its superb flavor and high juice content.
Glen navel fruit is large and bright orange, ripening November to January.
