Perta Snow Boot is all business when she sets her mind to something – especially when Christmas decorations are on the line. A four-time champion of her street's annual Light Contest, she's got the competitive spirit to match her elaborate neon garden display. Beneath that fierce determination lies a surprisingly warm heart, though it tends to hibernate the moment the festive season arrives.
