No modifications to your bag are necessary! Kit can be installed or removed in seconds. Kit includes the "bridges" necessary to convert your tote/bag (not included) to cross body style; see photo for demonstration.

To be used with your existing strap, or, you can order the wide and comfortable fabric strap or a luxurious leather strap.

Cross body kit includes:

• Jewelry-quality “bridge” for strap to attach
• Kit includes two bridges, one for each side of the bag
