Give your garden another dimension by taking the flowers upwards. This collection combines three much-loved roses for training onto supports, giving you a varied display of pink and white flowers as well as fragrance and a long season of interest.

• ‘Albertine’ – A classic vigorous rambler producing clusters of highly fragrant, double salmon-pink flowers in midsummer. Reaching around 5m high with a spread of around 4m, it's the largest rose in the collection and a great choice where you have a substantial wall, fence, pergola or other structure to cover.

• ‘Climbing Iceberg’ – A vigorous climbing form of the famous ‘Iceberg’, producing generous clusters of slightly fragrant, double white flowers from summer into autumn. Growing to around 3m high with a spread of around 2.5m, it's a good choice for bringing fresh white flowers to walls, fences and arches.

• ‘Starlight Express’ – A repeat-flowering climber producing fragrant, fully double dark pink flowers against glossy green foliage. Growing to around 2.4m high with a spread of around 1.8m, it's the most compact of the three and particularly useful where you want climbing colour without the scale of ‘Albertine’.

Plant them in different parts of the garden and you can carry colour and fragrance upwards without taking up lots of border space. Train them against walls and fences or use them to dress arches and other sturdy supports, choosing the right position for the eventual size and character of each rose.
