The #1 teacher recommended mat mindfully made for a lifetime of flow...on the go.

The PRO Lite is our #1 yoga studio mat; trusted by teachers and studio owners worldwide for its durability, stability, and streamlined size. Slightly thinner and narrower than the original PRO, it’s ideal for smaller spaces and tight class settings. With dense cushioning, it provides floor-like stability with comfortable joint support. Its hygienic, closed-cell surface is easy to clean and built to handle daily studio use, making it a reliable choice for both studios and home practice.
