Support & Warranty: Includes a 1-year Epson manufacturer warranty and lifetime MakerFlo support for setup and sublimation questions at sales@makerflo.com. Warranty claims and hardware issues must be handled directly through Epson at (562) 276-1305. MakerFlo cannot process warranty claims, repairs, or replacements.
Epson Equipment Return Policy: Epson equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if it is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Opened, used, powered on, or inked equipment is not eligible for return or refund.
