The Weeknight Pan is fully clad 5-Ply Stainless Clad, the same construction we build our single-job pans from. Five bonded layers of stainless and aluminum spread heat evenly across the base and up the walls, so a full pan still sears instead of steams. There is no Non Stick coating to wear out, so the cooking surface at year five is the one you started with on day one. It is oven-safe to 800F and works on every cooktop, including induction.

We drew the walls deep and kept the base wide so one pan can carry a whole meal. There is room to brown chicken thighs, build a sauce, and braise them down, or to fry, simmer a ragù, and finish a one-pan pasta for the table.
