Meet our 4 knife set. Each knife is fully forged from nitrogen-treated, premium X50CrMoV15 metal. The Chef Knife and Santoku are our similar-yet-unique, do-everything all stars while the serrated Utility Knife is perfect for slicing bread, carving sandwich meat, or cutting through hard cheeses. The smaller Paring Knife gives you control and accuracy when cutting smaller portions or peeling and slicing small or oddly shaped foods.
