"When the Apple Pencil was first released there was a plethora of ideas about how to hold it in a case. Many of these are still being offered despite their poor performance. Solutions like exterior loops made of fabric or elastic can wear out over time, potentially losing their grip and increasing the risk of the Pencil falling out. Moreover, many don't charge the Pencil when stored in these loops."
