The Knife:

Based on the original US Navy design from WW2, this rigging knife features a brightly polished, razor sharp #440 Stainless Steel sheepsfoot blade, plus a marlinspike that locks open for safety. The handles (scales) have a "jigged" surface to provide a sure grip in wet conditions, plus a distinctive inlaid anchor design. 

This knife also has a stainless lanyard bail (which operates the marlinespike lock) and nickel-silver bolsters. The rivets and liner are solid brass. Measures 4.5" closed, 7.5" with blade open, and 10.25" with both the blade and the spike open.

The Sheath:

The sheath is constructed of heavy black webbing with a velcro closure. It has a 2-way belt loop so the knife can be worn either horizontal or vertical. The leather pull tab makes it easy to grab the knife quickly, even in cold weather.

The Marine Snapshackle Key FOB:

The Snapshackle Gear Strap / Key FOB can be attached to the knife, or used as a stand-alone accessory. Works great for clipping items to your ditty bag or seabag! Both the 2" snapshackle (WLL 800#) and the 1.25" split ring are #316 stainless steel so they don't rust, and won't affect the ship's compass if used near the helm.
