Question 1

Which calendars can I sync?

Accepted Answer

Google, Apple, Outlook, and Yahoo. Connect once in the free Frameo app and your events appear on the frame automatically.

Question 2

Can I still see my photos?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. It's a full digital photo frame too — switch to a photos-only slideshow, or a hybrid view that shows your photos and schedule side by side.

Question 3

Are there any ongoing costs?

Accepted Answer

None. No subscriptions and no monthly fees — the Frameo app is free.

Question 4

Is it hard to set up?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Sync your calendar in the app, tap 'Allow' on the frame, and you're done — most families are set up in minutes.

Question 5

How does the family see the calendar?

Accepted Answer

It lives on the wall or a shelf, so everyone walks past it and sees the week at a glance — no app needed just to look.

Question 6

Can I use it landscape or portrait?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it auto-rotates, so your calendar and photos always look right either way.

Question 7

Does Frameo see my calendar or schedule?

Accepted Answer

No. Frameo doesn't store your calendar data — your schedule stays private to you.

Question 8

How much storage does it have?

Accepted Answer

32GB of built-in storage — plenty for thousands of photos and short videos.

Question 9

How do I set up the calendar?

Accepted Answer

In the free Frameo app, choose your provider (Google, Apple, Outlook or Yahoo) and follow the quick guide. Then tap 'Allow' on the frame.

Question 10

Can more than one person add events?

Accepted Answer

Yes — anyone who shares the connected calendar can add events from their own phone, and the frame updates in real time.

Question 11

Does it need Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

Wi-Fi is needed to sync your calendar and receive new photos. Your existing photos keep playing even if the Wi-Fi drops.

Question 12

Can I wall-mount it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it's ready for both wall-mounting and a table stand.
