Question 1

Which calendars can I sync?

Accepted Answer

Google, Apple/iCloud, Outlook and Yahoo — plus any calendar with an iCal link. Connect one in the free Frameo app and your events appear on the frame automatically, updating in real time over Wi-Fi.

Question 2

Can I still see my photos?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — that's the whole idea. Choose hybrid view to show your plans alongside your photo slideshow, or keep it a full photo frame with the calendar just a tap away.

Question 3

Are there any ongoing costs?

Accepted Answer

No — your frame, photo sharing and your first synced calendar work with no subscriptions or accounts. Frameo Premium is an optional upgrade if you'd like extras like multiple calendars and countdowns.

Question 4

Is it hard to set up?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Sync your calendar in the app, tap 'Allow' on the frame, and you're done in minutes. From then on it keeps itself up to date automatically.

Question 5

How does the family see the calendar?

Accepted Answer

Just by looking! Once it's synced, anyone can glance at the frame to see the week — no app or account needed to view it. Only the person managing events needs the free Frameo app.

Question 6

Can I use it landscape or portrait?

Accepted Answer

Yes — place it either way and the display adjusts to suit. It's also wall-mountable, perfect for a hallway, kitchen or entryway.

Question 7

Does Frameo see my calendar or schedule?

Accepted Answer

No. Frameo is built around 'Privacy by Design' — it doesn't store your calendar details or your private moments. Your schedule stays yours.

Question 8

How much storage does it have?

Accepted Answer

A huge 32GB built in — room for thousands of photos and videos alongside your calendar. You can also back up to an SD card.

Question 9

How do I set up the calendar?

Accepted Answer

In the free Frameo app choose your provider (Google, Apple, Outlook or Yahoo) — or scan the QR code on the frame — then tap 'Allow' on the frame. It syncs automatically from then on, usually in under two minutes.

Question 10

Can more than one person add events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anyone who shares the calendar you've synced can add or change events from their own phone, and the frame updates in real time. Frameo Premium also lets you combine several calendars into one view.

Question 11

Does it need Wi-Fi?

Accepted Answer

For live calendar updates, yes — it syncs over Wi-Fi. Your photos still display offline, and the frame keeps showing the last synced events until it reconnects.

Question 12

Can I wall-mount it?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely — it looks great on a wall in a hallway, kitchen or entryway, or freestanding on a bench, in portrait or landscape.
