Citrine has this incredible warmth that becomes even richer when it’s surrounded by yellow gold. I wanted to play with that in this pendant, pairing a cushion cut citrine with the sharper, more architectural lines of our Latch. The stone is suspended from a diamond-set version of the closure, creating a contrast between the warmth of the citrine and the structure of the setting. I love how differently the two elements speak, and how naturally they come together.
