I love a crochet wreath for its evergreen colour, and as a piece that you can bring out year after year. This happy spring version will bring you a little pick-me-up, and brighten up even the drizzliest of rainy spring days.

We'll be covering the hoop in a simple row of double crochet, hooking up all the floral elements individually, the attaching them to the hoop.

More of a beginner? Don't worry, I'll walk you through each element in the video. From how to make a magic loop and crochet in the round, to slip stitching and chaining everything together.

When you've finished, hang it on your door or place it on a mantle piece with some fresh daffs and - voila! - Spring has sprung!
