A little bit of elf mischief under the tree. Our Elf Alphabet Santa Sack turns their initial into a cheeky elf — green and red striped legs, a buckled belt, curly-toed shoes and a jingle-bell hat — with "Merry Christmas" and their name below in red script.

Big enough for the real presents, and the kind of thing that comes out of the cupboard every December for years. Order one for each child and let them find their own by the tree.
