A little story, a cuddly friend, and one peaceful breath at a time. 💛

Meet Wally the Whale, a big-hearted ocean friend who helps little ones discover something powerful they carry with them everywhere — their breath.

Wally has the biggest heart in the ocean, but sometimes his worries feel even bigger than he is. When the underwater currents get chaotic and everything starts to feel like too much, Wally’s wise seahorse friend teaches him a simple trick: slow down and take a deep breath.

Through the story, little ones can follow along with Wally step by step, learning how to pause, breathe deeply, and find a little stillness when big feelings begin to swell.

THE LITTLE SKILL: “BREATHE WITH WALLY.”

A simple cue little ones and grown-ups can use together when worries or big emotions appear. The book turns deep breathing into an easy, familiar practice they can return to again and again.

And after the story is over, Wally stays.

The matching Wally plush becomes a cuddly cue for the skill they learned together. When emotions start to feel like big ocean waves, holding Wally can remind them: “Breathe with Wally.”

One slow breath in.
One slow breath out.
And try again.

Over time, Wally becomes more than a cuddly friend — he becomes a familiar reminder that even when feelings feel very big, they have a simple tool to help find their calm again.
