The LIT Essential Sauna Kit pairs a cedar bucket and ladle with a thermo-hygrometer and sand timer, the three tools that make every session work. Pour water with intention, read your climate in real time, and time your contrast therapy sessions with a 15-minute sand timer. Crafted from cedar, bamboo, and stainless steel to live in the heat and hold up to daily use.
