Full room-filling warmth with visible filament detail, for 24 volt DC environments where output and safety near water are both required. The dimmable 8W 24 Volt DC GLS LED Bulb E27 Clear replaces a traditional 60W incandescent, delivering 850 lumens of bright 2700K warm white light through a transparent glass envelope on a 24 volt DC system. Ultra-high colour accuracy ensures colours and textures are rendered naturally, with skin tones that look warm and flattering. Backed by a 3-year warranty.

The Clear Glass Effect

The transparent glass envelope puts the LED filament array on full display, and at 60W-equivalent brightness the filaments carry real visual weight. The warm, golden light fills a room with the familiar quality of a traditional incandescent. Operating at a fraction of mains voltage, 24 volt DC systems significantly reduce the risk of electrical shock in wet and splash-prone environments, making this bulb a responsible choice for outdoor covered entertaining areas, pool and spa surrounds, bathroom wet zone ceiling fixtures, and commercial spaces where safety standards call for low-voltage lighting near water. At this output level, it is bright enough to genuinely light a living area as the primary source. When switched off, the visible filaments through the clear glass keep the fitting looking refined and deliberate. A compatible PWM dimmer allows smooth brightness adjustment from full output down to a warm, ambient glow.

Where It Belongs

The 8W 24V DC Clear GLS at 2700K is the high-output warm white option for 24 volt DC environments where a room needs to be properly lit near water or off-grid. In the home and off-grid settings, it suits outdoor covered entertaining areas, pool area pendant fittings, bathroom wet zone ceiling fixtures, living room pendants, and kitchen ceiling fixtures connected to 24 volt DC systems. In caravan and marine applications, it is the right choice for main living area lighting where 60W-equivalent output makes the difference between a well-lit space and one that feels dim. In commercial settings, it suits outdoor hospitality feature pendants, spa area general lighting, pool surround ceiling fixtures, and any low-voltage installation where warm, generous output meets safety compliance requirements. The E27 Edison screw base fits standard screw sockets used in the majority of household and commercial fittings.

This bulb operates on 24 volt DC low-voltage systems only and is not compatible with mains voltage fittings. Always verify your system voltage before installation.
