Make a dramatic statement in your butcher shop, farm-to-table cafe, or vintage-style family restaurant with this Globe FS14 14" prosciutto meat slicer! This red aluminum slicer features a traditional flywheel design and elegant gold detailing that's sure to draw attention. A genuine Italian marble receiving shelf is built-in to the slicer to help display and serve the thinly sliced meat, creating an authentically vintage feel to the experience!

The slicer is outfitted with a 14" diameter hollow ground carbon steel precision knife that's chrome-plated and easily concealed with the ring guard for protection when not in use. Thanks to the low-resistance flywheel, slicing is precise, smooth, and easy to control. Select from the 9 available settings, and slice meat as thinly as 3/32" in thickness!
