Does a Eucalyptus (Tencel) flat sheet keep you cool?

Yes, Tencel is excellent for hot sleepers and keeping you cool. Made from sustainably sourced Eucalyptus, it is naturally breathable and features a moisture wicking structure that prevents night sweats by keeping the fabric feeling smooth, dry and cool to touch. One of the top benefits of Tencel (Eucalyptus) is it's ability to regulate temperature. The fabric allows air to circulate, which keeps you cool in summer and warm in winter. This airflow prevents overheating, so you can sleep through the night without waking up sweaty.
