We live in Wisconsin surrounded by farmland, and I am always so surprised by the colors of the ground when the seasons change. When I study the earth, I notice so many colors, so much transition and one part willingly melts into another. Dirt into grass, brush into water… layer upon layer of earthy materials giving way to the next. This painting and all of its subtle and beautiful colors will be beautiful in your home no matter the season.
