Blue pumpkins are my absolute favorite! One variety of blue pumpkins are actually called “Cinderella Pumpkins,” and of course it’s because they are reminiscent of Cinderella’s magical carriage. The version I painted is less magical-fairytale, more down-to-earth, but still totally special in its own right. The succulents and berries give it a foraged feel, and the cool blues are a fun diversion from the usual Fall palette.

Kindly Note: This piece is painted on a thin canvas board. Canvas Boards are great for framing!
