Add beautiful layers of tone and vibration to your sound healing practice with our Bell Gong Plates. This unique double-plate instrument produces two complementary tones, giving you an easy way to introduce harmony, resonance, and variety into sound baths and individual sessions.

Strike either plate with the included mallet and allow the tone to resonate naturally, or alternate between the two frequencies to create a layered sound experience.

Why 288 Hz + 432 Hz?

The D/A Bell Gong Plate pairs 288 Hz and 432 Hz in a perfect fifth—a 3:2 frequency relationship considered one of the most naturally harmonious intervals in music.

In sound healing, this pairing is often used to help the body settle, soften, and come back into balance. The deep resonance can be felt as well as heard, making it especially useful when the intention is to move someone out of mental chatter and into greater awareness of the body.

Practitioners may use the 288/432 Hz pairing to:

• Encourage deep relaxation and release of physical tension

• Help calm and settle the nervous system

• Support grounding and a greater sense of centeredness

• Encourage slower, deeper breathing

• Support emotional release and energetic flow

• Quiet an overactive mind before or during meditation

• Create a harmonious, restorative atmosphere during a sound bath

288 Hz (D) is traditionally associated with the sacral energy center and themes of emotional flow, creativity, and movement, while 432 Hz (A) is widely used by sound practitioners for relaxation, grounding, and energetic harmony.

Bell Gong Plates can be incorporated into sound baths, meditation, Reiki, yoga, energy work, breathwork, and other wellness practices. Their clear, lingering tones may help:

• Encourage relaxation and a peaceful atmosphere
• Create a focal point for meditation and mindfulness
• Add new frequencies and harmonic layers to sound baths
• Support grounding and intentional energy work
• Mark the beginning, ending, or transitions within a session
• Complement singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and other sound healing instruments

The two-tone design also gives practitioners the freedom to experiment with each frequency individually or explore how the tones interact when played together.
